We now run a ladies only swim session on Tuesday nights between
8.30pm and 10.00pm. The session is open to all swimmers over the
age of 14 years of age and is lifeguarded by a female member of
staff.
If you want a relaxing swim and gossip with friends, or you are
training for your next game of football, netball, hockey, this
session is ideal.
Lessons
We also offer swimming lessons
which you can attend as a beginner or if you can already swim. You
may just want some tips on stroke development or exercise routines.
We can cater for all.
Cost
Swim sessions cost £4.50 each per swimmer
